The Rod of Water is a magical item found in 
chests on the second layer. It is a little weaker than the 
Amber Staff with 1 damage. It seems to be related to the 
Rod of Poison, however, the Rod of Poison inflicts Poisoned on its target, whilst the Rod of Water doesn't inflict any debuff on its target.
